The Pratum Design Call

  1. Book your 30-minute session via the Pratum website or WhatsApp. Choose your preferred format — phone, WhatsApp voice, or Zoom.
  2. You receive a short pre-call questionnaire covering your space, your brief, and the specific question or decision you need help with.
  3. Your Pratum specialist reviews your questionnaire before the call so no time is wasted on context — you get straight to the advice.
  4. On the call, your specialist works through your question in detail — fixture selection, finish pairings, layout considerations, product comparisons, or a second opinion before you commit to a purchase.
  5. If relevant, specific products from the Pratum catalogue are identified and discussed live, with reference to pricing and availability.
  6. Within 24 hours of the call, you receive a follow-up summary — the recommendations made, product links, finishes discussed, and any next steps suggested.
  7. The KES 5,000 fee is redeemable in full against your first Pratum order. The call costs you nothing if you purchase.

The Pratum Design Day

  1. Book your Design Day and select a date. A Pratum specialist is assigned to your project based on your brief and location.
  2. You receive a pre-visit questionnaire covering your goals, the scope of the space, your timeline, your aesthetic direction, and any decisions already made.
  3. Your specialist reviews the questionnaire and prepares in advance — relevant products, finish options, and catalogue references are pulled together before arrival.
  4. On the day, your specialist arrives at your home or project site at the agreed time, equipped with samples, lookbooks, and product specifications.
  5. You walk every relevant space together — kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, or any room within scope. Your specialist assesses layout, natural light, existing finishes, and spatial relationships.
  6. Fixture placement is discussed and advised upon — which pieces work where, why, and how they relate to one another across the project.
  7. Material and finish selection is guided in detail — tile, hardware, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and architectural fittings are considered as a cohesive scheme, not individual purchases.
  8. Products from the Pratum catalogue are referenced directly and matched to your space. Where a product needs to be ordered or confirmed, this is noted.
  9. Styling considerations are covered — shelf arrangements, furniture relationships, colour pairings, and the finishing details that elevate a space from well-fitted to considered.
  10. Within 48 hours of the visit, you receive a written recap — curated product recommendations with pricing, finish notes, layout observations, product links, and a clear set of next steps.
  11. The KES 35,000 fee is redeemable in full against your Pratum order.

The Pratum Design Consultation

  1. The process begins with a comprehensive briefing — in person at your site or virtually — to understand the full scope of the project, your vision, your functional requirements, and your timeline.
  2. A dedicated Pratum specialist is assigned to your project for its full duration. This is your single point of contact from brief to delivery.
  3. A detailed project brief is prepared, capturing your aesthetic direction, key spaces, product categories required, budget parameters, and any constraints or preferences that will guide specification.
  4. Your specialist conducts a full fixture and fitting specification — every kitchen, bathroom, lighting, and hardware element is selected with reference to your brief, your architect's drawings, and the overall design intent.
  5. A complete finish schedule is produced — documenting every specified product, its finish, its location within the project, its lead time, and its price.
  6. Value engineering is offered where relevant — your specialist identifies where specification can be maintained or improved while managing cost, without compromising the integrity of the design.
  7. Your specialist liaises directly with your appointed architect, interior designer, or contractor — sharing product data sheets, installation specifications, and delivery schedules to ensure seamless coordination.
  8. All products are ordered and tracked centrally. Lead times are monitored, supply is coordinated across project phases, and any changes are managed proactively.
  9. Delivery is scheduled in alignment with your construction or installation programme — products arrive when they are needed, not before or after.
  10. Throughout the project, your Pratum specialist remains available for queries, substitutions, and any specification changes that arise on site.
  11. After installation is complete, our after-sales and warranty support remains active. Any product issues are handled directly by Pratum — your contractor does not need to chase suppliers.
  12. Pricing is by enquiry, based on project scope. Available to Pratum Society members and qualified projects by appointment.
